Negotium Technologies US and NeuLogics Joining Forces

Sacramento, CA Mar 16, 2012 - Negotium Technologies US and NeuLogics announce the merge of business operations. The combined organizations, now operating as Negotium US, will consolidate efforts and continue rapid expansion plans in the American market.

Taking aim at the United States
The company is now, more than ever, positioned to continue its growth with sights toward firmly establishing a presence in the northeastern United States as well. "With our office in California, Negotium already enjoys a strong presence in the American management solutions market and with this transaction, will then have the opportunity to offer our products and services in electronic data exchange (EDI) and consulting services in an expanded market. The merger of these two companies will enable Negotium Technologies to further assert itself as a key player in the development and integration of solutions in electronic data exchange (EDI), business intelligence (BI), customer relationship management (CRM) as well as enterprise resource planning (ERP).
