Negotium Technologies announces the acquisition of Veda Solutions.

Montreal, Quebec -- Negotium Technologies, a major developer and integrator of business connectivity solutions (EDI), in business intelligence (BI), in customer relationship management (CRM) and in integrated enterprise management (ERP), announce the acquisition of Veda Solutions, a business consulting services company specializing in information technology.
The acquisition of Veda Solutions, part of our overall strategic plan aimed at rapidly achieving a critical mass to offer solutions and sales force to effectively cover the key North American markets. This announcement marks a significant step forward for the development of services of Negotium Technologies to big business.
